Return Policy

At Cuddledown Wholesale, we prioritize the quality of our products and stand behind them with a guarantee against material and manufacturing defects. Please review our return policy below:

Final Sales: All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects.

Inspection: Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the shipping date.

Return Process: If you receive a defective product, please contact us at wholesale@cuddledown.com to request a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The Return Authorization number must be clearly written on the shipping label, and a copy of the authorization form should be included inside or outside the package. Returns without this authorization will be refused.

Authorization: All returns must be authorized by Cuddledown Wholesale in advance.

Replacement or Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will either replace the item or credit your account for the invoiced amount. All returns are subject to inspection. If the product is found not to be defective, the return will be denied.

Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for custom, discontinued, sale, or non-stock items.

Freight Charges: Freight charges for returns are unfortunately non-reimbursable.
